In the first week, Onyx has already figured out we always put on flip flops when we take him outside and started bringing us one when he has to potty. He is a perfect balance of frisky and loving!

GSD pups of any age can easily learn good bite-control and good manners with you, just as they do with their mother – you just have to do a couple of things consistently. Poorly started German Shepherd pups will use their teeth on people like they do on each other. It hurts, and is a bad harbinger.

We are so grateful for Stony Lonesome GSD. Not only do we have our amazing pup added to the family from the experience but we’re also a part of a shared community of individuals who love German shepherds. I was a rookie going into this but I got incredible support from Judy and Brian from beginning to end. These people are not your typical breeders-they care immensely and that makes all of the difference.
