Stony Lonesome GSD is so very excited to announce our new “Dog Days of Summer” litter from Aurora and dual sired by studs Lytonn and Otto, which whelped on 7/12/2025!
This pairing produces beautiful and versatile longcoat German Shepherds. SL GSD has only a couple of litters yearly and intensively enriches and cares for each puppy giving him or her the best start toward a lifetime of playfulness, curiousity, and confidence with people and other dogs – a dog that responds well to tricky situations and to life in general. Our goal is the best dog you’ve ever had, a superbly loving, intelligent, composed, and capable lifetime companion for any good GSD family.

Sunshine is a beautiful black and red longcoat female with lovely color. She is a watcher and loves people. Sunshine has a contemplative personality and thinks things over, but once she decides she wades in with confidence. She is content playing with her littermates, being cuddled and loved by people or simply just sitting and watching. She is a big bundle of cuddles and will make an excellent family companion.

Sunshine has shown medium levels of drive and energy making her a good pup for families with smaller children or for someone who prefers lounging around versus a 10 mile hike; although being a German Shepherd, as an adult she would excel at that too!
